Living Loudoun grew out of Highland Remodeling, a general contracting and carpentry business that has served homeowners across Loudoun County for years. We built kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and everything in between — and over time, two things became clear: fireplaces and outdoor living are where we do our best work, and Loudoun County homeowners want a specialist, not a generalist.
So we narrowed our focus. Fireplace and hearth installations in winter. Decks, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor living structures in summer. Year-round, we stay in our lane — and the results show it.
Every project is treated as if it were our own home. Clean jobsites, clear communication, and craftsmanship that holds up long after we've left.
